Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bingo Crown 90, related websites we operate (including pages at our domain that link to these Terms), and our services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Crownix Games ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and works together with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or delete accounts that do not meet eligibility rules.

2. The Service

Bingo Crown 90 is a free-to-play social entertainment game. It is not a gambling or real-money wagering service. In-game activities use virtual currency for entertainment only, as described in our Privacy Policy and in the app.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.

You may request deletion of your account as described on our Account & data deletion page.

4. Virtual items and purchases

Optional in-app purchases may be available through platforms such as Google Play Billing. Virtual coins and items:

• Have no real-world cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money, goods, or other value outside the Service
• Are licensed to you for use in the game, not sold
• May be changed or discontinued; we are not liable for loss of virtual balances where the Service changes or ends in line with these Terms

Refunds follow the policies of the payment platform and applicable law. Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised automation, or attempt to manipulate outcomes or economies
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users, or upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems except as allowed by law
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of platform rules

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, or take technical measures to enforce these rules.

6. Community standards, reporting & chat enforcement

Lobby chat, bingo room chat, and slot-room chat are part of the Service. You must use them lawfully and respectfully. We operate moderation to protect players, including:

• Player reports — you may report another player from the lobby or from in-game chat with a written reason. Reports are stored on our systems and reviewed by authorised staff.
• Blocking — you may block another player so their messages no longer appear in your chat on your device.
• Chat restrictions — we may apply automated filters (including profanity and rate limits) and chat bans that prevent sending messages when rules are broken.
• Account actions — we may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts for cheating, harassment, hate speech, scams, or other serious violations.

Submitting false or abusive reports may itself result in sanctions. To appeal a chat ban or account action, email support@crownixgames.com from the address linked to your account with your username and details.

7. User content

If the Service allows you to submit content (such as chat, profile elements, or uploaded profile images), you retain ownership where applicable but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and operate that content as needed to run the Service. You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the rights to grant this licence.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, art, audio, text, and branding, is owned by Crownix Games or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service as offered, no rights are granted to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties (for example Google for sign-in, hosting, or payments). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those features.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crownix Games and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of fifty Australian dollars (AUD 50) or the amount you paid us for the Service in that period (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crownix Games from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. In-app updates (mobile apps)

Our native Android and iOS apps may offer optional over-the-air updates to deliver bug fixes, security patches, and interface improvements without requiring a new install from the app store. These updates do not change the fundamental purpose of the Service (social entertainment bingo with virtual currency only). Installing an OTA update when prompted is optional except where required for continued compatibility with our servers.
